BA (Hons)1969, MA in Economics 1970 Batch , Dhaka University, M. Phil in Economics Course work completed in 1972-73 from JU Jahangir Nagar University as a Member of Teaching Staff, Started Journalism Career in 1972 Worked in Banks as Sr Executive, worked in four Ministries of the Government, Lastly worked as Academic and Head of Community Relations in IUBAT 2008 to 2013 Again returned to my favourite profession journalism. During my student life in Dhaka College and lastly in Dhaka University, along with studies , I was associated with student politics. I was the General Secretary of Dhaka College, South Hostel during 1965 and again General Secretary Students Union, S.M Hall, Dhaka University during 168-69 and actively took part in student movement especially mass upsurge of 1969. During Liberation War of 1971, I went to India with others at the middle of April and stayed in Kolkata and may other places and was associated with many activities in support of our Independence, Bangladesh Liberation War 1971.
